T&C:

1. For a Pop Art Kids portrait, you must supply 5 photographs – I will select the one that “works best” for Pop Art Kids

2. You will receive a draft drawing based on the photograph for sign off. If you are unhappy with draft drawing, please supply further photos. If you are still unhappy, then you may choose a painting max. size 12″ x 16″ of an existing design. I can advise on colours but final decision lies with you.

3. As this a competition, your Pop Art Kids portrait will be used for further marketing opportunities – i.e. the photo and portrait will be made public. If you are uncomfortable with this, you can choose and alternative painting, max. size 12″ x 16″ base on an existing design.

4. You must supply the photos within 4 weeks of winning.

5. You must sign off the drawing within 1 week of receiving the draft.

6. Red Ted Art will pay for shipping within the UK. If you live abroad, the cost of shipping is yours, however, I am willing to deduct the equivalent amount of UK shipping.
