Well… you all know (I hope) how much I like recycled crafts – especially when crafting when children. Children can go through an enormous amount of materials, so I love it when “waste” becomes crafts.. be it loo rolls or old wrapping paper. My “personal weakness” however is in the paints I use… I have a real preference for acrylics and I feel very guilty about this.. it isn’t good for the environment and it isn’t good for my children. Aaargh.

How fantastic! I love the idea of smencils! Love the eco friendly paints too – does anyone know how permanent they are? My sister is at art college and currently uses acrylics – if these were a permanent alternative I am sure she would be very interested!!!
I like the glob paints a bunch — we’ve never had powdered paint before & I’d love to try. plus the Ellie Poo paper is brilliant — I’m wondering if it’s white or off-white. cheers!
