How did you add felt? How close should petrels be? You never show a finished pulled together flower before the button. But the button looks like it is attached to the petals material. How do you pull it together so tight and fasten it? I’m new to this, got so many questions! Thank you!

Don’t worry I don’t mind the questions, I just “randomly” sewed the felt onto the back. And then sewed the button on to the front. So basically: get all the petals in a circle, pull as tightly as you can (without breaking the thread). Criss cross the thread across all the petals to make it secure. Then sew the circle onto the back – wherever you can make it fit. Then sew on the button – securing to any bits of fabric you can “catch” as you sew – this maybe a bit of petal, some of the criss crossed thread or a bit of the felt on the back. Hope that helps!!
