Captain Jack Sparrow. The cat lost and eye an disappeared. But I thought I would share them with you today. As we love all cardboard tube crafts (so much so in fact, that I am doing a loo roll round up very very soon!).
Well.. I made this Granny and Robber for the kids to play with aaaaages ago, there was also a heroic boy and girl and a cat. They have all been played with. And the boy and girl have turned into pirates (don’t ask) and ran away withFor the Granny – I used the “button and cuff” of an old cardigan. The hair is made by wrapping wool round a ball of bubble wrap.
For the thief – I cute a piece of out of some stripy tights!
The pirate hat – is two pieces of black felt glued together with a skull. I recycled an old shirt and jeans for the boy’s clothes
The girl – has strips of thick tissue paper draped over the cardboard tube for hair. (I rather like her heart shaped eye patch?
Have you ever made cardboard tube people or animals? If so, what are your favourite ones?

You make me happy with all of your toilet roll characters. Clever girl! I think I like the Captain Jack Sparrow even more than your Graham Norton. Too funny!
