Britmums, Kodak & The Great Avengers Challenge!
Well.. did you see our “Batman Costume” How To a couple of weeks ago? I hope so. It was a relatively easy and yet fun costume to make out of some old suit trousers (go check it out)!! Since then, Red Ted has gone SUPERHERO MAD! All he wants to do all day is play superhero games and do superhero activities.
Thank goodness for Kodak and the new Avengers printables range they have just launched. They have most definitely have come in handy in our house. I showed them to Red Ted and I got shouts of “Mummy Mummy Mummy, I want to be Iron Man!!” “Can I be Iron Man now, please”. “Please Mummy. Quickly”.
Thankfully, it really only took less than 2min. Ahem. I just printed off the wrong one (well, I WAS under pressure…). “Mummy, that is Captain America {Rolls Eyes}!”. Ahem indeed. Thank goodness, I am using the fab Kodak Hero 7.1 with it’s VERY economical colour cartridges. I do hate wasting expensive ink… So, I print the CORRECT mask.
UPDATE: since this post was first written, Kodak has taken the printables down from their site. I still have a copy that I downloaded. Please leave a comment below if you would like me to email them to you!
The neighbour’s boy is MORE than happy to be Captain America (even if a blurry one.. his family are non internety people). Whilst Red Ted, dresses up as Iron Man.
There is also an Incredible Hulk Mask for you to check out! It is rather good. And remember.. the alternative to this super duper easy printing is this:
Which would you prefer?!
Now to you… what Superhero would you be? Check out the Avenger’s free printable pack. Take part and you could win!
Take a photo of you or yourr child sporting their Avenger Superhero mask – try and be as innovative, witty and creative as possible. Write a post about it, link up to BritMums and you could win:
- £500 (whoop whoop) for the frist prize
- And 3 runners up will get their own Kodak Hero 7.1 printer!
