Well…. as the Handprint Animal Alphabet progress… we do need rely a little on magical and fantasy beings. Afterall, not all the letters of the alphabet are the easiest for “animal crafts”. SO. Today, we have a unicorn. We adore Unicorn Crafts here at Red Ted Art.. and this is a super duper easy Handprint Unicorn Craft for Preschoolers. They will love making this magical Unicorn DIY… you can always add rainbow hair to this Unicorn and make it extra magical!
This Handprint Unicorn Craft was first published in September 2012 and updated and republished for your convenience.
Handprint Unicorn Craft for Preschool
Again we went online first and looked at unicorns. Red Ted decided that we needed lots of “clouds too”. When it came to actually adding the detail, for some reason he REALLY DIDN’T want to. I have no idea why. We even had tears. So this is Red Ted’s handprint, his clouds and my details. Sorry!
We did some handprints on green (for grass) and blue (for sky) paper. But as Red Ted didn’t ant to finish them, I only did the blue one for you… hoping that maybe one day he will feel like doing the green ones himself!
I added wool for the main and hair. A little bit of metal paper for the horn and a star (Red Ted REALLY wanted a star!). Then black detail for the face and hoofs.

I know U was just posted on September 1st. Is U as far as you’ve gotten or did I just not see the end of the alphabet? I don’t want to miss any 🙂 Thanks!!
