3d Doodle Butterfly Art Coloring Pages
After all the fun we had with the Horse Doodle Art project earlier in the year, it is time to share another great project – the 3d Butterfly Doodle Art. (That said, the Giraffe is ridiculously cute too… ha). As with the other projects you can mix and match this printable with colored and plain paper, so you can use the mindfulness coloring if you wish, or created your very own doodles! Lots of customisation options!
This Doodle Butterfly is part of a set of 8 Animal Doodle Projects! That I will be going live on one by one. Should you be interested in any of the below and can’t “find them”… please do drop me a message! They are all so CUTE and you simply have to make them all! Yay!
Please note, these are really simple printables, kept at as low a cost as possible, so you will receive the printable pages as shown next…. but with out super duper detailed instructions. Please do refere to the assembly process on this post here if need be!

Supplies needed for you 3d Butterfly Doodle Project
- The printable (available in my TPT store)
- Plain paper or a mixture of plain and colored paper/ light card
- Scissors
- Glue sticks
- Choice of pens/ pencils or even watercolors (for the background)

How to make your 3d Butterfly Coloring Page
Apologies, I have “borrowed” the images from the Horse project! I hope that is ok! But you should be able to work it out from that! I think for the butterfly wings, I would probably add 2 support tabs!
As mentioned – I think this horse cut and paste craft would be a wonderful activity to do for The Year of the Horse! But of course would also be popular for any horse craft fans! Be it for celebrations like the Kentucky Derby, a Farmyward unit or “just because”. Enjoy this lovely art project!
