3d Goat Doodle Project

We do love a fun, quick and easy to set up doodle art project. Have a go at our 3d Goat Doodle Art Project, as part of your Chinese New Year 2027 celebrations, or just because you love a cute goat craft!!

This Goat printable can be used in a variety of ways:

• There is the straight forward coloring page. Always great for some mindfulness activities – the larger you can print it, the better!
• You can print just the doodle pages, then color in, cut and paste
• You can print a combination of doodle pages/ plain horse features – and print some onto colored paper and mix and match (if you want to do less coloring) – this is my preferred method, as it is fun to mix and match.
• You can add the simple 3d tabs to say the eyes and horse’s muzzle for that 3d effect, or youc an leave them be

So lots of options for you to play with!

Note: this is a 8 page printable with very basic instructions (lowering the price of the product for you).

You will get:

• Background printable (this can be printed onto colored card or skipped all together if you wish)
• A set of 3d tabs – use as many or as few as you like!
• Plain horse features (great for printing onto colored paper or for students to design their own doodle)
• Doodle horse features (great for coloring in)

To make your 3d Doodle Goat Art:

Print out the desired pages – you will need a background, a body, the face parts + the 3d tabs (not shown in picture. You can mix and match the colors of your papers.. as per the Horse printable on the right – or stick with white printer paper as I have!

Have fun coloring in your goat parts. You can mix and match your media to – use different type of pens, or even watercolors for larger sections.

Cut out your shapes. Decide which ones need 3d tabs and assemble the tabs.

Have fun with the positioning of your goat features – it will give your goat a different personality. Will eyes be low or high? Will the ears go up or down?

Find the right positioning for you and glue in place! SO FUN!
