Supplies Needed

- 3mm straight needles and
- a knitting dolly for the handle and cream (though you can give an i-corn a go for this too, if you don’t have a knitting dolly)
- DK Yarn in desired colors
- Safety eyes
- Stuffing
Stitches used
- K-Knit,
- P-Purl,
- KFB- Knit front and back,
- K2Tog – Knit 2 together,
- P2Tog – Purl 2 together,
- B&T – Break yarn and pull through to bind off,
- StSt- Stocking stitch

5cm french knit in blue

15cm French knit in cream

Making up the cup and cream
Cup – sew up seams leaving space for stuffing (gather stitches cast on and cast off stitches to create circular top and bottom – add safety eyes before sewing up seams or embroider face and snowflakes.
Chocolate – gather cast on stitches and sew up row ends to create circular piece to sew onto top of cup
Handle – attach to side of cup
Cream – swirl on top leaving chocolate showing embroider on marshmallows (pink chenille wool) and sprinkles (brown thread)
And done!!

And now the amigurumi hot chocolate is ready to meet it’s friend – the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the adorable little knitted Teabag! Woohoo! And don’t forget the marshmallow buddies too!
