A fun festive game, to play at home this Christmas or to make for the School Christmas Fair! The kids will love it…

This Christmas Tree Bauble Throw game was created by one of our school mums for our local School Christmas fair, and she kindly is letting me share her idea here with you today! Thank you.

How to make the Christmas Tree Bauble throw  game:

For your recycled Christmas Tree Toss game, you will need –

  • Two large pieces of cardboard
  • scissors
  • paint
  • tinsel for decorating
  • 3 balls (or plastic baubles)

How to make your own DIY Christmas Tree throwing game.

Paint a large Christmas Tree onto your cardboard. Cut out some holes for the baubles to go in. Decorate with tinsel. Tape to the second sheet of cardboard (so it props up).

To play the Christmas Tree Bauble throw game

Players must get the baubles into the Christmas Tree holes. We found our baubles were a bit light.. so it was harder to throw accurately. You may want to make some bean bags would would be easier to throw.

If you want to make the game harder.. you can add “coloured circles” around the holes of your Christmas tree and the get the baubles to match the circles…
