How to Crochet Sushi – Free Easy Sushi Amigurumi Patterns

“Music for a Sushi Restaurant” Sushi

Designed by Lee Sartori (coco.crochet.lee)

Have you ever been sitting down at your favorite restaurant, enjoying some delicious food, when all of a sudden you clue into the music playing? I used to go to a Thai food restaurant that played what we referred to as “elevator music” of hit movie soundtracks, and when the song for Titanic would come on, we would all look at each other like, “What is happening?” It can be so funny, and if you go often enough, it becomes part of the charm! In “Music for a Sushi Restaurant,” Harry Styles wanted to capture that feeling of sitting in a restaurant and cluing in to the music playing that doesn’t seem to match the vibe. It can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the mood of the place and depending on the music choice! But if I were sitting in a sushi restaurant and Harry’s song came on, I would be dancing in my seat for sure. It’s such a joyful beat and a happy vibe. To celebrate this exuberant expression of love for the music in a sushi restaurant, I created four little amigurumi sushi for you to crochet and keep with you. They are small but mighty, just like how a sushi roll with a bit of wasabi can pack a punch!
