Hey there! I’m Amy from Rock Your Homeschool and host of the Positively Homeschooling Podcast. I’m a homeschool mom of 5 boys (with 2 graduates!) and I love to share creative + easy ways to make learning fun. Over the years, I’ve found that combining printables with hands-on projects works wonders for making homeschooling (and life!) more enjoyable for everyone. My favorite place to hang out is Pinterest where I found Maggy. I think the world of her and I’m super excited to be here!

Tips and Ideas for Your Rainbow Paper Chain

  • You can use a stapler to make the paper loops.
  • Want a longer rainbow paper chain? Make extra paper loops and repeat the rainbow pattern.
  • Use a paint brush to add gold glitter glue to the paper coins for a sparkly effect.
  • Use a marker or crayon to add the letters ROYGBIV (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet) for a fun way to remember the colors of the rainbow.
  • Add your rainbow paper chain with a pot of gold as a decoration to your chalkboard, whiteboard, window, bookcase, or bulletin board.
  • Want to enjoy this craft at another time of year? Cool! Just leave off the pot of gold. Use for a rainbow-themed party or special event.
