DIY Harry Potter Potions Notebook

November 16, 2017

Yes it is HARRY POTTER DIY time AGAIN.. a few weeks ago, we shared some printable Harry Potter Mini Books – perfect for die hard Harry Potter fans, dolls’ bookshelves or wizardly mini writing. Today we have some more DIY Harry Potter Potions Notebooks by the lovely Jenny Chan at the Origami Tree. Jenny and I have done many lovely YouTube Collaborations before – in fact, she made some brilliant Snitch Mini Pens last time, that I think you will love too! A really lovely crafter to discover and follow on YouTube.

And as I publish this in the great “Christmas Crafting season”.. wouldn’t these mini books make the most ADORABLE Harry Potter Christmas Ornaments?!?!? Hang them on a little ribbon and pop them into your tree! A fabulos Paper Christmas Ornament if ever I saw one!

I love todays Harry Potter Postions books – as they are so quirky, individual and fun and of course.. we adore all things MINI!!! Onwards..

How to make a Harry Potter Potions Notebook

So on to the DIY Harry Potter Potions book!! Now we love the clever use of recycled materials and a hot glue gun. In fact a hot glue gun is essential for many Harry Potter DIYs (we used one to make our Harry Potter Wands a while back too). So it is definitely worth investing in one if you love Harry Potter DIYs!!

Jenny takes you through te step by step process of creating these fabulous looking Potions and Spells Mini Notebooks. I love her technique for applying colours and paints, and I know you will be able to follower her fabulous process too! Make a hole set and pop them into DIY Harry Potter Party Bags!

And here they are as little DIY Harry Potter Ornaments:
