Heart Pom Poms – Materials:
- Yarn
- Scissors
How to Make a Heart Pom Pom:
Start wrapping the yarn around 4 fingers.
Keep wrapping until you have a decent amount like this :
Use another piece of yarn to tie around the middle tightly.
If you want to hang it off something you can leave the piece of yarn long.
Cut all of the loops…
Now it’s time to trim it into a heart !
Use you scissors to cut like this :
Now you’ve got the basic shape ! You just have to trim with some small sharp scissors until it’s perfect.
GO FURTHER !
My daughter and i found that all the bits of yarn laying on the table was great too ! So we decided to use them !
Draw a big heart on paper, put some glue and press the yarn on it.
Then cut the paper out of the heart and make this sweet yarn heart shaped mobile !
