Sports Wreath Printable and Coloring Page
Do your kids love sports? Want a sports related craft? Well, there aren’t THAT many sporty crafts out there.. but I have a lovely simple one for you today. Come and make a sports themed wreath with me today! This is a fantastic versatile printable Sports Ball Coloring Page set – it can be used to combine all the different sports balls – from football, to basketball to tennis, or you can use the individual printables (in different sizes) to make just the one wreath craft – e.g. a Basketball Wreath or Football Wreath. One resource, lots of options.
Make a Sports Ball Wreath for any sports celebrations. This is a versatile set of printables that you can easily “mix and match” to suit your student’s interests and your time / resource restraints.

This sports wreath printable focuses on ball sports only and includes the following sports:
- Basketball
- Football
- Soccer Ball
- Baseball and
- Tennis Ball
Mix & Match Wreath – e.g. Basketball Wreath
Though this is a mixed ball wreath, you can easily use the printables as you wish. E.g. only print basketballs (change settings to print and make the sizes different) and make a basketball wreath. Or only use the the football balls to make a football wreath! This way you can created a Basketball March Madness Wreath or a Superbowl Wreath or a Tennis Championship Wreath!
2 Sizes of Wreath
There are two sizes of sports ball – one to fit a printable paper wreath/ or paper plate wreath and one larger size for classroom collabortions.
Coloring Pages vs Print on Colored Paper
The smaller wreath can be printed as a stand alone coloring page. But it is meant as a Sports Ball Craft – for students to color and cut the balls OR the individual sports balls can be printed to be colored by students OR printed onto colored paper.
The large wreath can also be printed onto colored paper, though the baseball and tennis balls still share a page.
In total, this printable comprises 13 pages, including the wreath coloring page.
Paper Plate Wreath vs Paper Wreath
These sport ball printables are perfect for using with a paper plate as well. Or you can use the simple paper wreath included in the printable pack.

Supplies Needed to make this Wreath
There are lots of options for making this wreath – so depending on which option you go for you will need:
- Paper plate per wreath (or use the printable)
- Printer paper or colored paper in desired ball colors
- Coloring pens/ markers/ crayons
- A pair of scissors
- Glue stick
- Ribbon for hanging later
