Mini Coffee Bean Knitting Pattern
Come and make an adorable Amigurumi Coffee Bean Knitting Pattern today! The knitting fun with Jenny Church continues! We do love a cute Knitted Food Project. And Jenny has done it again. Today, she shares with us this super duper cute little Coffee Bean Project! These are all super cute MINI Knitting Projects, which makes them not just adorable, but also quick to knit AND perfect as bag charms, key rings or even as adorable little Knitted Christmas Tree Ornaments!

Supplies needed for a Knitted Coffee Bean
Coffee Bean – Jenny Church
- 3mm straight needles
- DK Yarn in different browns (bean, stripe, legs) and a little black for mouth
- Safety eyes
- Stuffing
- Sewing needles
Stitches used to make a the Coffee Bean Buddy

- K-Knit,
- P-Purl,
- KFB- Knit front and back,
- K2Tog – Knit 2 together,
- P2Tog – Purl 2 together,
- B&T – Break yarn and pull through to bind off, StSt- Stocking stitch

Knit the Bean (knit 2)
Cast on 4 in coffee brown
Row 1. P (4)
Row 2. Kfb (8)
Row 3. P (8)
Row 4. Kfb (16)
Row 5-13. St St (16)
Row 14. K2Tog (8)
Row 15. P (8)
Row.16. K2tog (4)
Cast off
Coffee Bean Legs (knit 2)
Cast on 8 in brown
Row 1 – K (8)
Row 2 – P (8)
Row 3 – K2Tog (4)
Row 4 – P2Tog (2)
Row 5 – K (2)
Row 6 – P (2)
Cast off
Making Up the Coffee Bean:
Coffee bean – sew up seams leaving space for stuffing – add safety eyes and stuffing before finish sewing up seams or embroider face. Add dark brown line (split in bean) using running stitch.
Legs – gather cast on stitches using cast on yarn and then continue to sew together row ends to top of leg and knot together cast on and cast off yarns and then use these to attach to body.
