And finally.. our easy Snake Corner Bookmark Craft – this makes a great Cobra Snake or a fabulous craft for Year of the Snake people – Chinese New Year 2025, is indeed the Year of the Snake, so a great opportunity to make this paper SNAKE bookmark!. This is part of an extensive set of Animal Corner Bookmark Designs, as well as our collection of the 12 Chinese Zodiac Bookmark Corners!
Snake Corner Bookmark – Materials:
- Square piece of paper in green (15 x 15cm is a ncie size)
- Scraps of paper to decorate we used yellow, white and red
- Pen
- Scissors
- Glue Stick

How to make a Snake Corner Bookmark
Begin with your basic origami bookmark
Make your basic Origami Bookmark Corner as per these instructions! You can hop over to see the step by step photo instructions or check out the video tutorial embedded in this post!
Once you have a basic origami bookmark corner in green it is time to decorate!

How to make a Snake Bookmark Corner
First cut out the snake’s tummy – cut out a yellow piece of paper that is the same size as your corner bookmark.
Roate the bookmark round. And cut out as follows:
Now you have the basic “snake tummy” shape, you need to cut out the remaining snake features:
You will need a darker green oval head.
Two small beady snake eyes.
A snake forked tongue in read.
And two white fangs (not shown here!)
Add some details in black pen.
Glue your snake features together.
And done!
You have finished your Snake Corner Bookmark!!
