I have a few quick questions about this pattern.
slst – slip stitch—— I’m good with this
st – stitch——– Do you mean chain here?
sc – single crochet——— I’m good with this too
dec – decline
R1: 3 sc, close to a ring with a slst into the first sc (3 sts)
Now, with this…. Do you mean chain 3 into a magic circle?
And when you say first single crochet(chain/stitch?) Do you mean the first one made or the one closest to the hook?
R2: *2 sc in next sc*, repeat twice (6 sts)
And does this mean 2 single crochet in the next stitch? and what do you mean? Is the next stitch the…..
You know what? Is there just a video I can watch to see what you mean? I have more questions than I thought.

I just made this, so cute! I know this is an old question did you ever get it figured out? I believe when it says st it means just your working stitches.
For the chain 3 beginning I just used the magic circle ” I prefer that method ” worked just fine.. If you do the chain 3 it would be the first one you made. Yes two single crochet in the next st. I hope this helps 🙂
