Ok boys and girls, these are super duper EASY and great last minute Halloween Costumes: Skeletons!!! And if you count your self in the “not very crafty” category, then these are ideal for you. I first “made” these costumes back when I was a student and it was a great hit!
This is a great post to show how very versatile Paper Crafts can be.. and is the perfect Paper Halloween Craft for kids!
I borrowed my adorable neighbour’s boys for this one.
Skeleton Costume – Materials
- black clothes,
- white paper,
- sello tape (scotch tape),
- optional white face paint.
- Done!
And to make life even easier, I have created a free skeleton bone printable for you!
Skeleton Costume – How To
1) Either draw or print off your bones.
2) Cut them out.
3) Sello tape (scotch tape) them on.
Of course, you could cut these out in felt and SEW (or pin) them on, but that would take ages and this is a fun “last minute” costume for you and will only last one party!

Love these! So simple! I made skeletons for my boys years ago but I painted the bones on to the fabric and added a bit of luminous paint for extra EEEK!
Red Ted Art says
Great idea, we have some luminous paint… mmmh.
