Getting Festive! Getting festive with traditional dried oranges!

Oh my.. I am certainly getting into the festive spirit now! We went to a lovely event organised earlier in the week and Pip Squeak and I got to make some wreathes and home traditional decorations, as well as design some GORGEOUS handmade 3d greeting cards.

We made a super simple, but lovely wreath for our front door (it is already hanging there)

Pip Squeak was made to feel special with her own traditional ornament. This used wonderfully aromatic dried oranges and dried orange slices. Did you know that drying your own orange slices is very easy? There are so many ways to use orange slices in your holiday decorations!

We had such a lovely day and are really looking forward to Christmas!
