Let’s start off with come free cactii to crochet. We have two versions here, that are absolutely adorable. I picked them both, as it gives you a choice of size! Either make the mini cactus by DIY Fluffies or the larger cactus on Ravelry – when you check out this larger one on raverly, you will see other people’s makes of this cactus and how you can easily scale this up to make a taller cactus by just adding some rows! I love the little flowers on both, which are great for using up yarn scraps in other colors!

Here is a great pattern by the Friendly Red Fox – a NO SEW Turtle Crochet Pattern. Love all the different colours she uses! As you can see from the image, you can make the turtles in whatever coloring combination you want. I think a light green turtle with a dark green shell would be adorable, but as shown blue yarn crochet also works really well.

Jellishfish Crochet Patterns
Another example that works in lots of colors, is this jellyfish pattern. We love to make the tentacles lots of different colours – a great way to use up any yarn scraps!
